A complete roast dinner ready to go in the oven.
Includes a fresh, whole La Ionica chicken, uncooked and ready to roast at home. Paired with creamy Potato Mash, Mac & Cheese and rich Chicken Gravy, this bundle delivers all the warmth and comfort of a classic family roast.

Serves 4-5 people
Cooking Instructions
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towel. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and season generously inside and out with salt and cracked black pepper.
- Place the chicken breast-side up on a rack inside a roasting tray.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and continue roasting for 45–60 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C in the thickest part of the breast and thigh.
- Remove from the oven, loosely cover with foil and rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.
- Heat the included Vic's Kitchen sides according to their individual pack instructions and serve with the reserved cooking juices.
- Serve the chicken alongside the creamy mash, mac & cheese and spoon over the Vic's Chicken Gravy just before serving.
